Your responsibilities

Objetivo del puesto:

Coordinar las actividades de Compras de Proyectos durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de costo, presupuesto, calidad y tiempos de entrega. Actuar como enlace entre las áreas involucradas, gestionar riesgos y cambios, brindar soporte estratégico a clientes internos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de compras.

Actividades claves de la posición:

  • Actuar como punto de contacto entre Compras de Proyectos y las áreas involucradas durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de compras del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de costo, calidad y tiempos.
  • Monitorear indicadores (KPIs), elaborar reportes ejecutivos y dar seguimiento a la evolución de costos y desempeño del proyecto.
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos, oportunidades y planes de acción relacionados con el abastecimiento.
  • Coordinar la implementación de cambios de ingeniería y asegurar una comunicación efectiva entre las áreas involucradas.
  • Colaborar con proveedores y equipos internos para garantizar un abastecimiento competitivo y el éxito de los lanzamientos de nuevos proyectos.
  • Desarrollar estimaciones de costos, listas de materiales (BOM) y análisis para apoyar nuevos negocios y decisiones comerciales.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de reducción de costos, mejora continua y optimización de procesos de Compras de Proyectos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procesos y estándares corporativos de compras.
  • Administrar datos maestros, documentación y herramientas de seguimiento relacionadas con los proyectos de compras.

Your profile

Perfil requerido / Competencias profesionales

  • Estudios: Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín. Deseable formación complementaria en Compras, Gestión de Proyectos o Cadena de Suministro.
  • Experiencia: 5 años en Compras, industria automotriz y gestión de proyectos. onocimiento en gestión de costos, proveedores y procesos de abastecimiento.
  • Idiomas/nivel requerido: Inglés-capaz de mantener una conversación de negocios
  • Programas de cómputo:
    • Paquetería office
    • SAP

    • Conocimientos

    • Capacidad de negociación y gestión comercial.
    • Sólido entendimiento técnico de productos y procesos de manufactura.
    • Conocimientos de materiales y ciencia de materiales.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacionalmente.
    • Dominio de idiomas extranjeros (preferentemente inglés avanzado).
    • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
    • Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad.
    • Interés en el aprendizaje continuo y desarrollo profesional.
    • Manejo de herramientas modernas de tecnología de información y comunicación.
    • Conocimiento de los requisitos de calidad de la industria automotriz (IATF 16949 / ISO TS 16949).
