Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Asumir la responsabilidad integral del área de Control de Planta (Plant Controlling) para la planta mexicana de la Unidad de Negocio Presta Dynamic Components, ubicada en Puebla (PPUE). Esto incluye, entre otras actividades, la gestión del desempeño de la planta, la planeación operativa y de mediano plazo, el costeo de productos, la contabilidad de centros de costos y el análisis de rentabilidad.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración y con total confidencialidad con el Director General de los negocios de Cold Forging e ishaft, con reporte funcional al Vicepresidente Senior de Finanzas (SVP Finance) de la Unidad de Negocio Presta Dynamic Components.
  • Actuar como enlace central de Control de Gestión con el SVP de Finanzas y el equipo de Control de Gestión de la Unidad de Negocio, traduciendo los resultados financieros en conclusiones claras, recomendaciones y requerimientos para la toma de decisiones.

Actividades clave de la posición:

  • Coordinar reportes financieros mensuales, presupuesto anual, planeación financiera y pronósticos.

  • Analizar desviaciones presupuestales, indicadores financieros, márgenes, inventarios y costos de producción.

  • Desarrollar escenarios financieros y evaluar proyectos de mejora y oportunidades de ahorro.

  • Gestionar en SAP el costeo de productos, materiales, tarifas, costos indirectos y datos maestros.

  • Revisar rutas de producción, listas de materiales (BOM), consumos, mermas y variaciones en precios de compra.

  • Analizar costos de materiales y subcontratación, así como variaciones por precios y tipos de cambio.

  • Dar seguimiento a inventarios, rotación, obsolescencia y conciliación entre pronósticos de ventas y resultados reales.

  • Coordinar el cálculo anual de costos de materiales y su liberación en el sistema SUKA.

Your profile

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Finanzas, Control de Gestión, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o una disciplina afín (maestría deseable).

Experiencia:

  • 8 años de experiencia profesional progresiva en Control de Gestión de planta o regional, preferentemente con responsabilidades de liderazgo

Idioma: Inglés capaz de mantener una conversación de negocios. Alemán deseable

Conocimientos:

  • Conocimiento integral de Control de Gestión de planta, contabilidad administrativa, costeo de productos, presupuestos, pronósticos, reportes financieros y procesos de cierre contable.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (IFRS) y de los principios contables locales aplicables.
  • Experiencia indispensable en manufactura; la experiencia en la industria automotriz se considera una ventaja.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de SAP y dominio de Microsoft Office, particularmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Se valorará la experiencia en herramientas de inteligencia de negocios (Business Intelligence)
