Your responsibilities

The Specialist SRM Excellence manages and optimizes the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform, ensuring that supplier collaboration, sourcing, and performance management are efficient and transparent. This role strengthens supplier integration and supports global sourcing strategies.

1. SRM Platform Management

  • Maintain and optimize SRM processes.
  • Manage supplier onboarding workflows.
  • Ensure system uptime and user accessibility.

2. Supplier Collaboration

  • Enable e-sourcing, e-auctions, and supplier self-service.
  • Improve transparency in supplier interactions.
  • Monitor supplier performance KPIs in SRM.

3. Governance

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies in SRM usage.
  • Maintain audit-proof supplier records.
  • Support ESG and compliance reporting.

4. Enhancements & Training

  • Identify and implement SRM system improvements.
  • Train procurement and supplier users.
  • Maintain guidelines and templates.

5. Collaboration

  • Align SRM with SAP, BI, and CLM systems.
  • Support BU-specific sourcing activities.
  • Provide data insights to central procurement.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 35 years’ experience with SRM platforms (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, QAD, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier onboarding, and performance management.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of global supply markets and risk management.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Step 1
