Your responsibilities

  • Sie unterstützen das Buchungs und Veranstaltungs-management für Schloss Landsberg einschließlich Systempflege und Begleitung interner und externer Veranstaltungen
  • Sie entwickeln das Angebot kontinuierlich weiter und treiben die interne sowie externe Vermarktung proaktiv voran
  • Sie übernehmen Projekt und Vertretungsaufgaben im operativen Schlossbetrieb
  • Sie koordinieren die Organisation, Kontrolle und Disposition externer Reinigungsdienstleister sowie Hotelwäsche und Gästeartikel
  • Sie stimmen Instandhaltungs und Reparaturbedarfe mit Haustechnik, Hausmeister und externen Handwerkern ab
  • Sie übernehmen Aufgaben an Rezeption und Zentrale, einschließlich Gästebetreuung, Zimmervergabe, Checkout und Koordination von Transfers
  • Sie verantworten die eigenständige Rechnungslegung, Rechnungsprüfung und Abrechnung von Hotel, Gastronomie und Veranstaltungsleistungen
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Dienstleistern, Handwerkern und Veranstaltern zusammen

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sie bringen mehr als drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem dienstleistungs oder veranstaltungsnahen Umfeld mit
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und übernehmen Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Umgang mit Buchungs und Abrechnungssystemen sowie MSOfficeAnwendungen
  • Sie bringen Organisations und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Gästen, Dienstleistern und internen Schnittstellen mit
  • Sie bringen gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
