Your responsibilities

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in in Fachfragen (Budget, FC) für die IT-Produktionsabteilungen sowie für unser Business mit Blick auf die Verrechnung der IT-Services
  • Du gestaltest die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer serviceorientierten IT aktiv mit und unterstützt aus Controlling-Sicht bei der Optimierung unseres ganzheitlichen Steuerungskonzepts
  • Du stehst anderen, insbesondere auch unseren internationalen internen Kunden, bei fachlichen Fragen (Budget, Abrechnung) zur Seite
  • Du unterstützt eigenständig Teilbereiche der Budgetplanung und der unterjährigen Hochrechnung
  • Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Verbesserung monatlicher, vierteljährlicher und jährlicher Standardberichte durch das Team
  • Du hast zudem Spaß an ad hoc Recherchen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Du nimmst teil an der Erstellung des IT-Monatsabschlusses, als Grundlage für die zuverlässige Verrechnung der IT-Services an unsere Kunden

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einer weiteren Qualifikation
  • Du besitzt erste Erfahrungen im Controlling, bestenfalls in einem IT-nahen Umfeld
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerBI
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits mit SAP FI/CO/COPA gearbeitet und verfügst über Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung und Bilanzierung (IFRS)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken (MS SQL) sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen mit der Technology Business Management Methodologie sind ein Plus
  • Du hast Spaß im Team zu arbeiten, verfügst über gute analytische Fähigkeiten und lernst gerne dazu
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und kannst dich für stetige Optimierung begeistern
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
