Vos responsabilités
- Independent and timely planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits. This includes ensuring the highest level of discretion and impartiality, as well as the satisfaction of customers, employees, and top management.
- Conducting internal and external witness and monitoring audits, as well as technical discussions.
- Regular training and awareness sessions for employees on quality-relevant and normative topics at both local and global levels.
- Participation in audit management across the entire thyssenkrupp Presta Group, especially contributing to the continuous improvement of processes in audit and quality management.
- Participation in the design of the annual audit program.
- Participation in the design of the annual supplier audit program.
- Support in the qualification and supervision of new and existing auditors according to MAG-05260-EN for 1st-party (and 2nd-party) auditors.
- (Participation in) administration, maintenance, and further development of databases and SharePoint-based audit management systems. This includes coaching users on these systems and maintaining the approved auditor pool.
- Centralization and monitoring of valid internal and external procedural assessments (e.g., AIAG-CQI) and regular reporting of the current status to the plants. These assessments are conducted annually by the tk plants and direct suppliers.
- As an escalation partner, you support the correct assignment and timely implementation of necessary corrective actions resulting from regional QMS/Corporate audit deviations. This is done in coordination with the lead auditor of the respective region. These findings often initially concern the process owner at HQ Eschen.
- Support in monitoring auditor performance at local and global levels through regular checks of audit documentation completeness, including audit evidence. Data quality in audit management systems is a key aspect.
- You contribute to organizing the annual Global Audit Management (GAM) workshop for all global Corporate/QMS auditors. You collect, centralize, and moderate results and topics from regional audits and independently create content for these workshops. Consider the following aspects: audit management performance indicators and target achievement, status of defined audit priorities, plausibility and timely implementation of corrective actions, maturity of audited processes, normative and customer-specific changes or new requirements from audit management, and information/results from 3rd-party audits. Participation of subject matter experts on quality-related topics should be ensured to enrich the knowledge of all participants.
