Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and verifying all non-testing related investments in the global Central R&D organization
  • Closely collaborate with R&D Planning team to collect all verified testing related investments
  • Align Investment Guidelines with Invest Planning
  • Support Invest release process with all involved parties
  • Ongoing analysis of global asset base to identify re-use and saving potentials jointly with Domain Responsibles
  • Lead the optimization and tracking of general cost in the global Central R&D organization
  • Support the pre-release of non-people related cost for Central R&D
  • Collaborate with Controlling to identify optimization potentials in all non-people related costs

Your profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business or engineering related field and/or equivalent experience in asset management, controlling or project management
  • Fluency in English
  • Proactive and adaptive personality
  • Advanced communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiar with the global asset base in the R&D area
  • Good command of Excel and Database tools
  • Analytical mindset and diligent working style

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.
