💰 Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 annually

🔍 Core Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment with PLCs (routers, waterjets, CNC machines, saws, robots, etc.)
Design and develop optimal manufacturing processes through hands-on evaluation and applied research
Analyze and manage production, labor, and material costs; support production planning and scheduling
Prepare comprehensive reports to monitor trends and support decision-making
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including ITAR requirements
Ensure equipment readiness through routine maintenance coordination and adherence to procedures
Oversee process and product data entry through programming and system management
Develop and launch an apprenticeship and formal internship program for new team members
Lead initiatives in process improvement, training, and quality assurance
Assist in plant layout planning, SOP development, and production systems enhancements
May temporarily rotate shifts during onboarding and training phases
Embody and promote tkMMS core competencies and values
📋 Minimum Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Must meet ITAR compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred; Associate degree in Engineering considered with relevant experience
3–5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing engineering role (equivalent experience considered)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tool design, and equipment use
Familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement

Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Project management experience
Effective communicator and able to manage fluctuating workloads independently
