Job Summary
The primary role of the Process Engineer is to1) advise and support SAP Project Teams in the design, configuration, implementation, and testing of SAP
2) support the business process community in managing and optimizing the SAP System and ensure quality of the SAP system consistent with TKMNA PMO processes and standards.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the SAP Process Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop SAP system design and configure solutions to enable corporate strategic objective and drive business value
- Directs and coordinates all activities associated with the SAP application including design, testing, configuration, and deployment of current and future functionality
- Work through complex SAP process problems and document the business process as configured in SAP, test and ensure proper integration with other modules
- Participates in or facilitates business process definition workshops
- Promotes resolution of business requirements through standard system functionality
- Performs detailed configuration of SAP modules to replicate the required business processes
- Provides input on technical implications of specific requirements of SAP solutions, including data conversion, development of technical objects and interfaces
- Facilitates knowledge transfer to the other project team members
- Conducts and coordinates testing of all SAP upgrades and patches
- Organizes the exchange of problems with SAP / Partners
- Defines custom application requirements and works with other team members to design, test, implement and deploy the custom applications
- Works closely with other process teams to facilitate project progress and to ensure an integrated system solution.
- Conducts training and retraining as needed
- Manages the change management process
- Promotes ‘one way of working’

This position could require up to 25% travel at times depending on project as well as onsite workshop support as necessary

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Have excellent communication (written and oral), organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high intensity environment.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university with three to five years related ERP experience and/or comparable experience working in a process and systems-oriented environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Requires the ability and initiative to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical documents, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals
- Ability to effectively present information
Job Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000/yr
