Your responsibilities
- Building up and leading the Procurement Support Competence team
- Ensure efficient and effective support of procurement functions
- Develop/adjust and implement optimize procurement processes interfaces
- Foster a positive and productive team culture cross functional and cross country
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations in procurement and procurement processes
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven track in successfully working with international teams
- Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, data base administration
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
