Aufgaben
Target:
The main target of the warranty data analyst is to report the warranty field status from all customer to the Head of Quality.
Main activities:
- Regular monitoring and download of supplier warranty data from the customer portals
- Report of current warranty quality figures to the Head of Quality
- Create quality cost forecast based on given data
- Analyze warranty data for outliers and irregularities and clarify those with the customer
- Compare real versus planned key performance indicators, e.g. warranty costs, layer line diagrams, supplier cash-backs
- Propose and track counter measures in case of target deviations
- Match data of parts under analysis from customer portal to internal claim and analysis (CAC) data
- Responsible for defining processes
Profil
Competences:
- Full competences to perform the above defined tasks
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, e.g. Pivot tables
- Programming of scripts in Python is beneficial
- Knowledge of following quality standards: IATF 16949, VDA Schadteilanalyse Feld, GS 95004
- Language skills: English, German is an advantage
