Your responsibilities
- Responsible for supplier qualification activity for newly submitted supplier qualification questionnaires as well as renewals
- Reviews, evaluates and approves information submitted by supplier against the company`s internal requirements and liaises where necessary with the appropriate internal functional expert group, Buyers and/or Procurement Managers
- Manages certification renewals
- Ensures suppliers are qualified and approved in accordance with governing procedures and work instructions
- Interface with suppliers, managers and functional partners at all levels of the organization
- Utilizes Ariba Supplier Management to perform above mentioned responsibilities
Your profile
- Experience in Purchase-to-Pay (ideally in Supplier Qualification/Management or Procurement Operations)
- Strong attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- German language knowledge
- English language knowledge would be an asset
- Working knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Ariba) would be an asset
