Aufgaben

Deliver hands-on technical support for system landscapes and digital platforms across all lifecycle stages.
-
Manage service lifecycle for platforms and use cases:
-
Monitor and update dependencies, platform infrastructure, and containerized components (primarily Docker on Azure).
-
Coordinate testing and rollout of new releases with business stakeholders.
-
-
Diagnose and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement optimizations.
-
Maintain and evolve IT infrastructure across environments (development, testing, production) in accordance with corporate standards.
-
Enhance and scale platform architecture and operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Design, discuss, and document architecture concepts and implementation strategies.
-
Contribute to the automation of infrastructure lifecycle:
-
Modify or develop scripts and apply GitOps principles.

Administer and extend observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting) based on CNCF landscape tools such as:
-
Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Loki, and OpenTelemetry.

Profil
-
Proven experience in technical consulting, implementation, and administration of:
-
Server and network infrastructure, Linux (Red Hat), Kubernetes, and Azure.
-

Familiarity with:
-
Synchronous system integration (API Platform SEAL using OpenAPI REST services).
-
Asynchronous system integration (IIOT Platform DIIP using Kafka, NiFi, MinIO).
-
Developer platforms and DevOps tools: Git (Bitbucket), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), artifact/container registries (ACR, Harbor, Artifactory), project management (Jira).

ML developer tools (Azure DevOps, Azure ML, Python).
-

Strong understanding of AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), CNCF monitoring stack, and IAAS/PAAS cloud services (especially Azure).

Proficient in English (minimum B2 level); German language skills are a plus.
