Your responsibilities
- Consulting and Governance: Participate in consulting with the customer regarding correct processes and practices with respect to governance.
- Code Quality and Reviews: Perform quality checks by conducting code reviews within the team. Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct requirement gathering for tasks and assist subordinates in this area. Effort Estimation:
- Review and calculate the effort estimation for projects. Documentation and Design: Ensure documentation and design are completed properly before starting the work.
- Project Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver development activities within agreed quality standards and timelines. Team Support: Guide and support junior team members in regular deliverables.
- Idea Generation: Suggest new ideas for transforming requirements into a project. Compliance and SLA Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to the SLA and organizational compliance. Process Alignment: Ensure alignment to processes and practices concerning governance.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- equivalent experience.10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:`
- Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Experience with fronted development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and micro services architecture. Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).Understanding of containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in handling architectural design , evaluation & review is required.
