Proactive Business & Stakeholder Engagement
-Advocate for UX in business discussions, highlighting its strategic impact.
-Provide data-driven insights, user trends, and competitive analysis to guide decisions.
-Align business goals with user needs through actionable design strategies.
-Deliver compelling presentations, prototypes, and storytelling to impress stakeholders.
-Collaborate with product managers to keep design central to the MVP roadmap.
UI Design & Agility
-Rapidly iterate on visually compelling, scalable UI designs.
-Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
-Apply lean design thinking for fast prototyping and validation.
User-Centric UX & Research
-Conduct usability testing, interviews, and A/B testing to refine UX.
-Continuously enhance product usability through proactive improvements.
-Ensure seamless user flows, accessibility, and task efficiency.
-Leverage user analytics for data-driven design refinements.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
-Mentor junior designers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
-Implement best practices, tools, and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
-Thrive under tight deadlines in Agile environments.
-Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Scrum frameworks.
Profil
- 8-12 years of IT experience, with 8-12 years of relevant experience, with the below skills
- Tools: Figma, Figjam, MS Office, Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe XD), Jira.
- Strategic UI/UX Design Thinking, Figma Mastery, Design Storytelling, Prototyping & Interaction Design, Design System, Design Plugins, UX principles, UX Research & Data-Driven Design, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Understanding of Accessibility & Responsive Design
- Strategic UI/UX Design Thinking Strong expertise in creating Low Fidelity and High-Fidelity design, Responsive Web Designs, and working prototype that drive business value.
- Figma Mastery Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in UX designer tools like Figma (must have), Invision etc.
- Design Storytelling presenting design ideas that resonate with stakeholders.
- Prototyping & Interaction Design expertise in high-fidelity prototyping and motion design.
- Good Experience in graphic designing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- UX principles, UX Research & Data-Driven Design ability to interpret user insights and shape design decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration working seamlessly with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Understanding of Accessibility & Responsive Design ensuring inclusive design practices.
- Background in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise applications.
- Handling a team of UI/UX designers is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree. Preferably specialization in UI/Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
