Your responsibilities
1. Responsible for the mechanical design of the project assigned and ensuring they are properly conducted in terms of quality, time, cost and regulation. Manages and coordinates the implementation of the various stages of study. 2. Responsible for the organization of its working group and ensures the distribution of work between staff and him according to specialties and the load of each. 3. Oversees all the work and provides advice on request in case of difficulties. 4. Ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality. 5. Feeds back to his superior of his needs in human and material means to achieve compliance with the requirements cited above. 6. Participates in the planning of his staff time off and ensures the replacement of missing. 7. Ensures the cleanliness of workstations, storage and discipline in the group. 8. Suggests improvements to increase productivity. 9. Following specifications established by the customer, he makes helped by his task force or available outsourcing the study work. 10. Participates in the development of specifications for accurate and detailed purchased equipment (supporting PM and Controls Responsible) 11. Verifies that customer’s norms and standards are defined and applied. 12. Transmits to other department specific requests of supply. 13. Work together with the department leader selection of subcontractors for study and monitor the subcontractor of mechanical design. 14. Establishes the minutes of meetings or telephone information during business (customer, site visit, contractors, etc ...) and feeds back accordingly. 15. Informs the PM of any problems not included in the specifications which could result in additional costs, as well as any problems that may result if delivery is late. 16. Transmits to shop floor responsible manufacturing and assembly designs in a form allowing a continuous and productive work. 17. Transmits the BOM to material planning team. 18. Presents on time before assembly work which has to be provided to the workshop staff. 19. Solves the problems of the workshop during the assembly of machines in tk AB or on customer's plant. 20. Follows the modification of the orders. 21. Ensures the realization of the documentation on time, so not to delay the reception and thus end payments. 22. Provides the classification of its documents following standard principle at tk AB. 23. Ensures during his period of leave of proper monitoring of projects and ensures the Section Head and PM have a valid interlocutor may at any time of the interim case underway. 24. Participates actively in the political quality of the company.
Your profile
Requirement 1. Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or above) 2. Software skills: Catia, Robcad,AutoCAD, MS-Office products, Microsation 3. Experiences: At least 5 years of BiW welding line mechanical engineering (mechanical design and robot simulation) 4. Skill of English 5. With good mind set and sense regard to information security, especially for business and customer related information and data.
