- Support at supplier pre-selection.
- Supplier follow up (APQP/QPN)to reach product release according TKT-P standards
- Supplier process improvements follow up
- Product specific know how continuous improvement
- Assure customer specifications at the supplier
- Ensure the Quality, Timing and Cost targets
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities
- Support for purchasing conference preparation
- Supplier quality/technical support from nomination until serial production
- Interface between Technical development, quality, purchasing and the supplier
- Lead of APQP/QPN planing at the supplier
- Ensure the product maturity level at the supplier
- Lead of part submission warranty (PPAP,EMPB) and supplier process readiness audit
- Analyze the quality issues at the component during development phase and action plan follow up. (Nomination until serial release)
- Assure supplier lessons learned implementation
- PFMEA participation at the supplier
- Support to the Plant SQE's in case of high risk/escalated topics
- Support project leader from nomination of components until serial release
