Your responsibilities
SUMMARY: Manages and coordinates travel, caterings, events and visits. Assists management with reports, presentations and with any additional needs needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Filing, scanning and data arrangement
- Record office and travel expenditure and manage budget
- Assist managers with departmental projects
- Assist managers with general assistant duties (e.g. reports / presentations)
- Creates and tracks Purchase Orders for Admin area
- Correspondence (both internally and to suppliers)
- Organize and host company events
- Forms and document control to the defined extent
- Maintain and organize corporate information
- Management meeting minutes
- Coordinate arrangements for special guests
- Coordinates community engagement activities
- Organizes and supervises company volunteer activities
- Manages internal Charity Committee and all associated activities
- Manages Plant Communications / Marketing Campaigns (Company Newsletter, Company Screen Saver and Break room Presentations Employee of the Month, )
- Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner
Your profile
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic accounting skills is an added plus.
Must have experience with event planning/coordinating events for large groups of people.
