Job Summary
Provide programming support to the production floor. Ensure that all products being run on a CNC machine have the necessary program and that it is accurate. Perform duties in a safe and reliable manner.Résumé du poste :

Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Create NC codes for all CNC machines
- Create nests to optimize material yield
- Initiate tooling requirements wherever necessary
- Obtain deviations through customer service if our tooling cannot meet customer requirements
- Maintain integrity and control over program database
- Update programs when required
- Communicate with shop floor supervisors to improve programs
- Assist in any shop floor planning activities
- Create drawings for customers wherever necessary
- Keep assigned areas clean
- Assist in activities related to quality and lean, when requested.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must posses a high school diploma
- Must have a college certificate or relevant work experience (minimum 3 years).

- gérer la base de données des programmes et en préserver l'intégrité;
- mettre à jour les programmes, au besoin;
- communiquer avec les superviseurs de la production pour améliorer les programmes;
- participer aux activités de planification de la production;
- produire des dessins à l'intention des clients, au besoin;
- maintenir la propreté des secteurs qui lui sont assignés;
- participer sur demande à des activités liées à l'assurance qualité et à la gestion allégée;
- posséder les qualités et compétences exigées des employés de TKMNA.
