Your responsibilities

MISSION OF THE POSITION:

To Integrate, modify and support the processes for the manufacturing of forged products from the integration of new products since the forging dies design until the approval with engineering approval.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis of the product, tooling design, simulation, tooling design modifications and drawings 2D & 3D models delivery.

Participate/Communicate the follow-ups periodicaly with his boss in order to prevent any desviation or issue.

Participate in all the continuous improvement programs stablished by the company, systems and meetings (safety, environment, energy saving, etc. employee cost saving ideas -short kaizen-, safe conditions, 5S, etc.)

Generate positive results to Plant, Forging Engineering and End Treatment indicators.

Your profile

We seek one highly experienced engineer to join our team in Puebla.

REQUIREMENTS:

English fluency. Test will be applied.

Skilled in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, M. Teams)

AMEF, APQP y PPAP experience

Black-belt Green-Belt and Yellow-Belt project management

Skilled on Creo, Forge Simulation. Vera CAD, Deform

Mechanical Design experience

Final Element Method Analysis (FEM)

Knowledge of Materials (steels) industrial applications, Heat and thermochemical processes

CNC machining process knowledge

Precision measurement

MUST: Manufacturing Processes with deep knowledge in forging
