Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Proceso de implementación y optimización para aumentar la eficiencia en la producción
  • Analizar la causa raíz de los problemas del proceso y presentar soluciones
  • Mejora continua de nuestros productos y procesos
  • Evolución continua de nuestro know-how
  • Asegurar objetivos en términos de costo, tiempo y calidad
  • Asegurar que el conocimiento acumulado permanezca dentro de la organización
  • Soporte en integraciones y nueva configuración de la máquina
  • Adhesión a estándares y estandarización de procesos
  • Auditorías internas de proceso (EPP y Control Plan)
  • Garantizar control y estabilidad del proceso
  • Creación de instrucciones de operación y entrenamiento a personal operativo

Actividades:

  • Optimización del proceso para aumentar la eficiencia en la producción
  • Cooperación en equipo de apoyo y coordinación de tareas inter-divisionales
  • Ejecución del proceso de resolución de problemas
  • Trabajo en red con el resto del equipo de apoyo
  • Ejecución de mediciones y evaluación de nuestros productos
  • Ejecución de verificación y análisis funcional, realizar MSA y comparar resultado de conformidad con requerimiento del cliente
  • Cooperación en el desarrollo y la gestión del cambio de productos en serie
  • Análisis de fallas y propuesta de mejoras
  • Realizar mejora continua en el proceso

    • Your profile

    Estudios: Ingeniería mecánica, mecatrónica o electrónica

    Experiencia: experiencia en ingeniería mecánica, tecnología de automatización y procesos

    Idiomas/nivel requerido: Ingles / fluido Alemán deseable

    Programas de cómputo: Tratamiento de software para procesamiento de texto, programa de hoja de cálculo, etc. (por ejemplo, Word, Excel, Power Point y otros)

    Conocimientos:

    • Conocimientos básicos de PC (hardware) y gestión de sistemas EDV, de información y comunicación

    • Conocimientos básicos de programación
    • Conocimiento en método estadístico para la fiabilidad de la máquina y del proceso
    • Conocimiento mecánico intermedio

    Habilidades:

    • Buenas habilidades comunicativas e inteligencia emocional.
    • Mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo frente a nuevas tecnologías y procesos.
    • Enfoque estructurado con una fuerte orientación a resultados y capacidad de ejecución.
    • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión manteniendo la calma

    From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

    Step 1
