Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Ejecución integral de proyectos con clientes y logro de la más alta satisfacción del cliente desde el inicio de la adquisición hasta el fin de vida del producto.
  • Cumplimiento de los objetivos técnicos, de costo, tiempo y calidad establecidos.
  • Ejecución independiente de la comunicación con el cliente y su documentación correspondiente.
  • Mejora continua de nuestros productos y procesos.

Actividades:

  • Desarrollo e industrialización de productos, componentes y procesos de manera eficiente en el uso de recursos.
  • Análisis, cumplimiento e implementación de las especificaciones del cliente y requisitos de seguridad del producto, incluyendo: matriz de cumplimiento, definición y planificación de pruebas, FMEA y coordinación de investigaciones de calidad.
  • Ejecución del proyecto a lo largo del ciclo de vida del producto, alineado con hitos internos y externos.
  • Creación, seguimiento y cumplimiento del cronograma del proyecto, incluyendo la planeación de recursos necesaria.
  • Seguimiento y control del presupuesto del proyecto.
  • Entrega oportuna de muestras y prototipos a clientes internos y externos, incluyendo hardware y software en configuración robusta.
  • Coordinación con producción y provisión de la información requerida para la planificación del sistema.
  • Asegurar la puesta en marcha desde la perspectiva del desarrollo del producto.
  • Liberación de productos comercializables hacia clientes internos y externos (PLM, DVP&R, PVP&R, liberaciones para carretera).
  • Coordinación y liderazgo técnico de equipos de proyecto, departamentos especializados y plantas de producción.
  • Documentación completa del proyecto y reportes a las partes interesadas y supervisores.
  • Mantener contacto directo con el cliente.
  • Intervención y escalamiento oportuno en caso de desviaciones del proyecto.
  • Gestión de cambios del proyecto conforme a las especificaciones del proceso.
  • Identificación e implementación de medidas de ahorro de costos durante toda la duración del proyecto.
  • Revisión de planos de componentes, ensambles, instalación y especialmente planos del cliente.
  • Implementación de soluciones modulares estandarizadas.
  • Adquisición de componentes individuales en conjunto con compras, desarrollo y gestión de calidad de proveedores.

Your profile

Escolaridad: Ingeniería mecánica, mecatronica, industrial o equivalent

Experiencia: 3 años soluciones funcionales, procesos productivos, requisitos del cliente, complejidad del producto y lecciones aprendidas en la industria automotriz

Idioma: Inglés capaz de mantener una conversación de negocios. Alemán deseable

Conocimientos:

  • Paquetería office.
  • Automatización.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application
