Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Mantener y asegurar los equipos de producción en óptimas condiciones de disponibilidad técnica de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la empresa, para cumplir con las altas expectativas de OEE
  • Asegurar el logro de los objetivos de acuerdo con el score card en términos de costo, tiempo y calidad.
  • Procesamiento y cierre eficiente de las entradas de Maximo
  • Mejora continua de nuestras máquinas y aumento del know-how interno.
  • Participar, apoyar e implementar nuevas máquinas y cambios de máquinas y equipos de acuerdo a las solicitudes de planeación de manufactura.
  • Liderar el equipo de mantenimiento asignado.
  • Responsable de la ejecución del plan de mantenimiento preventivo anual

Actividades:

  • Planificar y organizar el plan de turnos para el equipo de mantenimiento asignado
  • Planificar el mantenimiento anual necesario de todas las máquinas en el área asignada
  • Verifique y genere la lista de repuestos de equipos nuevos, defina la cantidad necesaria de repuestos críticos y organice los PR necesarios en SAP Verifique y genere planes de mantenimiento / instrucciones de trabajo para las máquinas en el área asignada
  • Coordinar y apoyar las actividades de las personas asignadas para asegurar un mantenimiento efectivo, predictivo y correctivo, para alcanzar las metas de disponibilidad de los maquinados asignados.
  • Crear y mantener la matriz de competencias de las personas asignadas y coordinar las capacitaciones de acuerdo a esta
  • Apoyar la formación del personal de producción en cuestiones de mantenimiento diario y semanal
  • Participar activamente en las reuniones del SQDC
  • Apoyar al equipo de mantenimiento preventivo con consejos y mano de obra si es necesario
  • Apoye al equipo de mantenimiento en cualquier momento del día (accesible por teléfono)
  • Soporte para mantener el presupuesto de mantenimiento en el objetivo, sin sacrificar la disponibilidad de la máquina
  • Asegúrese de que después de un mantenimiento de la máquina, el área esté limpia y segura para el operador de producción.
  • Garantizar la seguridad de las personas de mantenimiento y apoyo durante una reparación o cualquier actividad de mantenimiento.
  • Respetar y verificar que se utilice el lockout-tagout para todas las actividades de mantenimiento
  • Participar y asegurar los estándares para las auditorías realizadas en el área de mantenimiento y máquinas asignadas
  • Participar y dar seguimiento para alcanzar las metas y objetivos de mantenimiento
  • Realizar sinergias con los demás coordinadores de mantenimiento de CF
  • Solicitar, gestionar y mantener actualizados los datos (instrucciones de trabajo, lista de materiales/listas de repuestos, dibujos técnicos, documentación de máquinas, etc.)
  • Preparar informes mensuales con los KPI solicitados

Your profile

Perfil:

Estudios: Ingeniero Mecánico, mecatrónico o similar

Experiencia: 5 años de experiencia en tecnología de máquinas y/o automatización

Conocimientos:

  • Conocimientos BÁSICOS de PC (hardware), sistemas de información y comunicación.
  • Conocimiento en trabajo de proyecto de módulos de control complejos y líneas de montaje
  • Hidráulica, Neumática, Electricidad, Electrónica
  • Conocimiento en proceso de desarrollo de software

Idiomas/nivel requerido: Inglés intermedio

Programas de computo: Office, SAP, Excel (avanzado)
