Warehouse Associate Co-op (Summer Internship)

Overview
thyssenkrupp Materials NA is launching a Co-op Internship Program in partnership with Ivy Tech Community College. We are seeking graduating high school seniors interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
This full-time summer opportunity allows you to work closely with our Value-Add team, develop practical skills, and explore long-term career opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily warehouse operations
- Support the Value-Add team with processing and handling materials
- Learn equipment operation and safety procedures
- Help with inventory organization and order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members on production and logistics tasks
What We're Looking For
- Graduating high school senior (Class of 2026 or recent graduate)
- Interest in manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment (lifting, standing, etc.)
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
