Job Summary
Directs, leads and properly aligns scheduling efforts and functions of temporary employees within a location/site to achieve optimum levels of productivity, quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines and budgets.Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Works directly with operations on market analysis for geographical locations understanding request for new business analysis and help develop customer solutions & pricing templates
- Develops and negotiates agency and geographical regions for managing new customer demand and projects for immediate Quality Solution demands
- Develops KPI’s that align with business units’ strategies
- Responsible for coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work of temporary employees/agencies throughout multiple regions
- Coordinates cross-functionally to determine necessary scheduling for business initiatives.
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Administers established policies and procedures where applicable and may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
- Makes daily decisions on staffing needs for geographical areas of support based on skill proficiency/customer needs
- Manages customer administrative reports, enters hours worked, and audits timekeeping entries for billing purposes.
- Manages weekly scheduling per shift/locations and security of entry
- Develops and maintains communication channels with all key stakeholders
- Delivers customer solutions on time and within budget
- Fosters a safe working environment that will promote customer service and motivate teams to surpass customer expectations.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience in Quality Solutions Administrative Coordinator
- Initiative and strong customer service focus and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with plant manager, sales staff, and warehouse personnel.
- Ability to understand equipment and tolerances from past experience and successful past performance.
- Proven leadership and team building skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
- Basic math and reading skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience
