Your responsibilities

Elaborar el plan de producción en función de la demanda de los clientes y de acuerdo con la capacidad instalada en SAP.
Analizar la demanda a corto y largo plazo, con el fin de determinar los recursos humanos necesarios para cumplir a tiempo y en las condiciones exigidas por los clientes.
Validar y revisar el plan de producción teniendo en cuenta los cuellos de botella, la capacidad y la disponibilidad de materiales.
Facilitar el plan de producción a los responsables de Operaciones.
Nivelar la demanda para garantizar el suministro adecuado con 12 semanas de antelación.
Seguimiento y elaboración de un programa de producción semanal.
Garantizar la programación y la entrega de los pedidos urgentes.
Mantener el valor del inventario de productos terminados de acuerdo con lo presupuestado.
Coordinarse con PRM para gestionar los puntos de ruptura e implementar cambios de ingeniería y nuevos productos.
Crear indicadores que reflejen la situación del plan de producción actual.
Participará en la elaboración de informes sobre los KPI correspondientes.
Configurar los datos maestros de todos los subconjuntos para garantizar la integridad de los datos.
Cumplir con los requisitos de las normas IATF 16949, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
Cumplir con la política y los objetivos medioambientales. Conocer los aspectos e impactos medioambientales, de salud y seguridad, así como el plan de emergencia.

Your profile

Título de bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o similar.
3 años de experiencia laboral en el sector de la automoción en un puesto similar.
Se valorará el dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel avanzado).
Fabricación ajustada (Kanban, poka yoke, las 5 S…)
Haber participado en el lanzamiento de un producto en el sector de la automoción.
Conocimiento de los portales de Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Lucid y Stellantis.
Conocimiento de los sistemas de Tesla.
Conocimiento de los sistemas de Stellantis.
Conocimiento de los sistemas de Lucid.
Módulos SAP PP, MM, WM y SD.
Se valorará el conocimiento de Daimler B2B o SMART (u otros portales de clientes o portales web del sector de la automoción).

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
