Your responsibilities

  • Sie fertigen hochpräzise Kunststoff-Teile auf einer 5 Achs CNC-gesteuerten Maschine (HOMAG Centateq N-510)
  • Sie bedienen die Anlage inklusive Werkzeugwechsel und Anpassen der Einstelldaten bei Maß- oder Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Das Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben von Maschinenfehlern, sowie die Wartung und Pflege der Anlage gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
  • Sie stellen die Bereitstellung des Einsatzmaterials und Entnahme der Fertigteile sicher
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherstellung mit den üblichen Messmitteln und stellen eine entsprechende Dokumentation sicher
  • Sie geben Rückmeldung der Fertigungspositionen in SAP ein
  • Sie führen die Etikettierung, Verpackung und Versandbereitstellung der Fertigungspositionen durch

Your profile

  • Sie besitzen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d), CNC-Maschinen und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen und technischen Anlagen
  • Sie können technische Pläne/Zeichnungen lesen (CAD, DXF, etc.)
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute Computerkenntnisse
  • Sie besitzen eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sind neben Ihrem ergebnisorientierten Ansatz auch überdurchschnittlich gut organisiert
  • Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sie können teamorientiert aber auch selbstständig arbeiten und verfügen über ein gutes Kommunikationsvermögen

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.
