Your responsibilities

Summary

We are looking for UX Designer who are interested in creating trends and thrive on details. Applicants with strong interest in creating user interface applications with pixel perfect look, feel designs and implementation guides are the ones for us. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Your responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components
  • Define user personas, user journeys, and task flows to map out the overall user experience
  • Build interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and test usability
  • Monitor and analyze competitor products and industry trends to keep our designs innovative and competitive

Your profile

  • 3 - 5 Years of experience
  • Candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on experience on Figma Tool.
  • Minimum years of experience in designing tool Figma.
  • Experience of working with Design systems.
  • Having experience of UI and UX both.
  • Candidates should have knowledge about Design Systems.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation of the UI/UX vision.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements, clarify objectives, and understand user needs.
  • Present design ideas and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs
  • A designer with a holistic approach to design, who is able to draw on key insights from different parts of an organization.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Prototyping, Design Plugins, Photoshop & Illustrator, Video tools.
  • Understanding of web accessibility best practices and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree. Preferably specialization in UI/Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Work Location: - Thane (Mumbai) , Mandatory work from office on atleast twice/thrice a week
