Your responsibilities

Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las operaciones de importación y exportación de materiales, maquinaria, refacciones y productos de la compañía, asegurando el cumplimiento de la legislación aduanera vigente, la correcta liberación de mercancías y la optimización de los procesos logísticos, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa y al control de costos de la cadena de suministro.

  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las operaciones de importación y exportación de mercancías.
  • Asegurar la correcta liberación aduanal de materiales, maquinaria, refacciones y productos terminados.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de regulaciones, restricciones no arancelarias y requisitos legales aplicables al comercio exterior.
  • Coordinar con agentes aduanales, transportistas y proveedores logísticos para garantizar entregas oportunas.
  • Revisar y validar pedimentos, facturas, certificados de origen y demás documentación de comercio exterior.
  • Dar seguimiento a los costos logísticos, gastos aduanales e impuestos relacionados con las operaciones de importación y exportación.
  • Gestionar reclamaciones (claims) con proveedores de transporte por daños, pérdidas o incumplimientos.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros y expedientes de comercio exterior conforme a los requerimientos legales y corporativos.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Compras, Planeación, Finanzas y Almacén para asegurar el flujo eficiente de materiales.
  • Apoyar auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con comercio exterior y logística.

Your profile

  • Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Cadena de Suministro o carrera afín.
  • De 6 meses a 2 años de experiencia en:
    • Comercio exterior.
    • Logística internacional.
    • Operaciones aduanales.
    • Coordinación de transporte.
    • Seguimiento de importaciones y exportaciones.
  • Legislación aduanera mexicana.
  • Pedimentos de importación y exportación.
  • Clasificación arancelaria (básico).
  • Manifestaciones de valor.
  • Certificados de origen.
  • VUCEM.
  • Procesos logísticos y cadena de suministro.
  • Incoterms (deseable).
  • SAP (deseable).
  • Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel intermedio.
  • Inglés intermedio (capaz de comunicarse por correo y revisar documentación de comercio exterior).
  • Organización y seguimiento.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Comunicación efectiva.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
