Your responsibilities

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von vier Buchhaltungsteams: Hauptbuchhaltung, Rechnungsprüfung, Reisekostenabrechnung sowie Vertriebsbuchhaltung.
  • Förderung eines zielorientierten und kooperativen Arbeitsstils sowie Verantwortung für die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung aller Teammitglieder.
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Teams, Prozessoptimierung sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorschriften und Regularien.
  • Gewährleistung einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnungslegung einschließlich Erstellung und Prüfung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß IFRS, HGB und steuerrechtlichen Anforderungen.
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Abstimmung der Haupt- und Nebenbuchkonten.
  • Erstellung und Lieferung von Konzernreporting-Paketen in SAP einschließlich Intercompany-Abstimmungen und Unterstützung des Konsolidierungsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Head of Accounting & Reporting.
  • Koordination mit externen Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfern sowie der internen Revision; Entwicklung und Pflege interner Rechnungslegungsrichtlinien und Standardprozesse.
  • Verantwortung für das Cash-Management und den Zahlungsverkehr; Liquiditätsplanung und Cashflow-Reporting für die deutsche Gesellschaft.
  • Steuerung der Übertragung operativer Tätigkeiten (Rechnungsprüfung) an internationale Business Service Center, einschließlich der laufenden Koordination mit dem BSC in Vietnam.
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Rechnungswesen, einschließlich ERP-Optimierung in SAP und Einführung digitaler Finanztools.
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Rechnungswesen mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Datenqualität und Compliance.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) gemäß den Standards der thyssenkrupp Gruppe; Unterstützung bei Risikobeurteilung und Kontrolltests.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung zu Rückstellungen, Pensionen und gehaltsrelevanter Buchungen sowie enge Abstimmung mit FP&A zur Qualität der Finanzdaten und des Reportings.

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Controlling oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; zusätzliche Berufsqualifikationen (z. B. CPA, ACCA) sind von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen und Finanzbereich, darunter nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle, idealerweise in einem internationalen oder industriellen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB sowie der steuerrechtlichen Buchungsanforderungen; Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen ist Voraussetzung.
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit SAP (Module FI/CO) ist zwingend erforderlich; sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel; Affinität zu digitalen Finanztools und Prozessautomatisierung.
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind in unserem internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Teams in einer dynamischen, internationalen Matrixorganisation zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Genauigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern, Prüfern, Steuerberatern und Konzernfunktionen.
  • Erfahrungen im Change Management, bei der Übertragung von Shared-Service-Center-Aktivitäten und in Digitalisierungsprojekten sind ein deutlicher Pluspunkt.
