Your responsibilities

Project Management (50%)

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support project documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and updates to ensure alignment among teams.

Presentation Development (30%)

  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize project updates, demand analysis, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, graphics, and visual tools to aid in decision-making and communication.

Supply chain, Planning and Analysis (20%)

  • Analyze historical sales and demand data to create accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams on material planning, sourcing strategies, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and follow up on supply chain performance, addressing any gaps or delays.
  • Support the development of planning models and tools using Excel.

Your profile

  • Education/Credentials/Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Length of Experience
    • Desirable 2+ years experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning or Demand Analyst positions in the automotive or construction industry.
    • Experience in developing KPIs for material and supplier performance and driving continuous improvements based on data analysis
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including design and visual management expertise.
    • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
    • Familiarity with supply chain processes, including sourcing, logistics, and demand planning.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic mathematical skills.
    • Previous experience with SAP is preferred.

Step 1
