Your responsibilities

  • Einrichten, Programmieren, AVOR, Bedienen und Überwachen der 5-Achs Fräsmaschine Huron MX12
  • Einrichten, Programmieren, AVOR, Bedienen und Überwachen der 4 CNC-gesteuerten Tieflochbohrmaschinen
  • Selbständige Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Vorgaben / Zeichnungen
  • CAM-Programmierung mit TopSolid
  • Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Mithilfe bei der Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Durchführen der vorgegebenen Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen zwingend über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker
  • Ebenfalls verfügen Sie zwingend über einige Jahre Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen, beispielsweise im Formen- und Maschinenbau
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihr ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Eine genaue, sorgfältige und exakte Arbeitsweise sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie sind eine engagierte, flexible und teamfähige Persönlichkeit und zeichnen sich durch eine selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
  • Die Arbeit in einem 2-Schichtbetrieb ist für Sie kein Problem
  • Sie haben Freude an technischen Herausforderungen und sind offen gegenüber Veränderungen und Innovationen
