Your responsibilities

standortübergreifende Systemadministration der Server-, Client- und Netzwerk-Komponenten im Microsoft Windows Umfeld (Windows 11 und die Serverplattformen Windows Server 2019/2022, optional: Linux)

Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Systeme am Standort Domat/Ems sowie Unterstützung des Standortes in Berlin (remote) in allen MS Office-Fragen

Hard- und softwareseitige Betreuung der IT-Arbeitsplätze

Pflege der internen IT-Dokumentation

Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur und Pflege der Telekommunikationsanlage

Proaktive Unterstützung und weiterer Ausbau von Office 365 Anwendungen

Installation / Konfiguration / Updaten von Software und Hardware

Monitoring der Systeme sowie Durchführung von Datensicherungen und -wiederherstellung

Überwachen der Schnittstellen zu externen Partnern und Dienstleistern

Übernahme von (Teil-)projekten

Your profile

Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung oder höhere Ausbildung (HF, FH, Uni)

Gutes Basiswissen im Bereich der Anwendungssysteme

Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.
