Your responsibilities

  • Im Rahmen unseres 18monatigen Traineeprogramms lernst du die Struktur des Bereichs Service Distribution kennen
  • Durch gezieltes Training on the Job übernimmst du früh Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft sowie in Kunden und standortübergreifenden Projekten und bringst deine eigenen Ideen proaktiv ein
  • Du arbeitest an verschiedenen Standorten in deiner Region und erhältst ein tiefes Verständnis für unsere Vertriebsprozesse
  • Du stehst im direkten Kundenkontakt und begleitest den Prozess von der ursprünglichen Anfrage über die technische Klärungen bis hin zum AfterSales
  • Darüber hinaus erhältst du Einblicke in die Weiterentwicklung und den Ausbau neuer Geschäftspotenziale
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, bis zu drei Monate in einer unserer europaweiten Niederlassungen zu arbeiten und deine interkulturellen Kompetenzen weiter auszubauen

Your profile

  • Du hast Freude daran, im Rahmen des Traineeprogramms verschiedene Standorte kennenzulernen und flexibel eingesetzt zu werden
  • Du verfügst über ein technisches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Werkstoffen, Produktion oder Verfahrenstechnik oder über eine technische Berufsausbildung mit qualifizierender Weiterbildung
  • Deine kommunikative Stärke und überzeugende Persönlichkeit verbindest du mit einer analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Supply Chain oder in der Entwicklung sammeln, z.B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Auslandsaufenthalte
  • Teamarbeit macht dir Spaß, außerdem bist du mobil und offen für nationale Dienstreisen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
