Your responsibilities

  • Primary customer contact for all electrical/electronic scopes within a steering system project
  • Supplier monitoring and supplier management of electronics hardware suppliers in the automotive industry, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality
  • Achievement of project targets for all E/E subcomponents (electric motors, sensors, electronic control units, and associated software)
  • Planning of milestones and resources, project tracking, and reporting
  • Setting and tracking milestones for subordinate subsystems
  • System alignment for motor, sensor, ECU, wiring, and software
  • Interface coordination and interface design: motor, ECU, sensor, wiring, software
  • Analysis of customer specifications, breakdown and translation into internal specifications
  • Approval of specifications and designs for E/E components
  • Execution of risk management (identification, evaluation, controlling, etc.) for E/E scopes
  • Responsibility for configuration management for E/E scopes (including version management)
  • Coordination of design changes

Your profile

  • University, FH, or HTL degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or physics
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Project management and technical leadership experience (teams with up to 50 members)
  • Competence in problem-solving methodologies: DMAIC, 8D, Fishbone, Ishikawa, etc.
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel
  • English skills

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
