Your responsibilities

  • Gestalte Wandel aktiv mit: Du bist in dem 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm Teil unseres agilen Transformationsteams und bringst frische Ideen ein, um unsere Arbeitswelt noch flexibler und digitaler zu machen.
  • Hands-on in Projekten: Du arbeitest direkt an echten Transformationsprojekten mit - von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei kannst du ausprobieren, experimentieren und Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • Agile Methoden erleben: Scrum, Kanban, OKR & Co. sind für dich keine Buzzwords mehr - du lernst sie im Alltag kennen und setzt sie gemeinsam mit uns ein.
  • Kultur mitgestalten: Du hilfst dabei, unsere Teamkultur weiterzuentwickeln, förderst Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe und bringst neue Impulse ein.
  • Lernen & Netzwerken: Du tauschst dich mit erfahrenen Agile Coaches aus, bekommst regelmäßiges Feedback und entwickelst dich in einem starken Netzwerk weiter.
  • Dein Beitrag zählt: Egal ob Workshop, Retrospektive oder neue Tools, du kannst dich einbringen, ausprobieren und unsere Transformation aktiv mitgestalten.

Your profile

  • Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaft, Sozialwissenschaften, IT oder etwas Vergleichbares)
  • Affinität für agile Themen: Du hast Interesse an digitalen Tools, Prozessen und Innovationen und möchtest dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln. Zudem hast Du erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden, Digitalisierung oder Transformation (z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudentenjobs)
  • Agile Mindset: Du findest Veränderungen spannend, hast Lust auf moderne Arbeitsweisen und möchtest aktiv mitgestalten statt nur zuzuschauen.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du kannst dich klar ausdrücken, bist offen im Austausch und hast Spaß daran, andere zu begeistern.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
