Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

Es responsable de cumplir los procedimientos y políticas establecidas por thyssenkrupp Presta de México. Así mismo cumplir los planes de producción del área en términos de seguridad, sustentabilidad, calidad, entregas y costos. Además, planear, desarrollar y administrar el equipo de producción a su cargo, creando un ambiente laboral apegado a los principios y valores de la empresa.

Actividades:

  • Asegurar el reinicio de los equipos productivos acerca de cualquier problema técnico
  • Realizar manual de fallas correctivas (lecciones aprendidas) mecánico & eléctrico
  • Desarrollar el mantenimiento cotidiano (limpieza, lubricación e inspección)
  • Realizar las actividades de mantenimiento documentándolas en MAXIMO
  • Participar en la Elaboración y Ejecución de los programas de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Predictivo.
  • Respetar el uso del EPP especificado de acuerdo a las normas de SSA.
  • Asegurar la correcta disposición de los residuos peligrosos de acuerdo al SSA.
  • Apoyar en la determinación de Refacciones Criticas de las máquinas.
  • Reducir el Tiempo de Paro de los Equipos, respetando y haciendo respetar los programas de Mantenimiento.
  • Evitar Actos Inseguros y Condiciones Peligrosas en el desempeño de las labores.
  • Hacer los preparativos para los mantenimientos, en base a la Información de MAXIMO (Check list con órdenes de trabajo)
  • Realizar los mantenimientos apoyándose en la información técnica de los equipos.
  • Después de un mantenimiento, entregar los equipos al cliente en condiciones Hábiles, con las 5’S.
  • Asegurar la aplicación del CANDADEO antes de la intervención de los equipos.
  • Aplicar el concepto de Mejora Continua en los equipos y en el mantenimiento, apoyándose en las herramientas de PPLS para contribuir a la mejora de los procesos y el desempeño de Mantenimiento.
  • Asegurar el buen manejo y organización de manuales y documentación de mantenimiento.
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento del presupuesto de mantenimiento, proponiendo mejoras de ahorro para su reducción.
  • Respetar y cumplir las Políticas y Sistemas establecidos por la empresa y los que apliquen al área.
  • Hacer propuestas de mejora e implementarlas para la optimización del desempeño de los equipos.
  • Documentar Diariamente las actividades realizadas, en las órdenes de trabajo del sistema MAXIMO.
  • Apoyar a la Brigada de Respuesta de Emergencias

Your profile

Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín

Experiencia: 5 años de experiencia en puestos de mantenimiento, manejando equipos de Maquinado CNC y/o Forja en Frío en la industria Automotriz o Metalmecánica.

Idioma: Inglés intermedio B2

Conocimientos:

Mantenimiento de equipos CNC y procesos de Forja en Frío, hidráulica, neumática, electricidad, electrónica, ajustes y tolerancias, tratamientos térmicos, mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, seguridad industrial (EPP, candadeo/LOTO), mejora continua, 5S, PPLS, manejo de refacciones críticas y gestión de residuos peligrosos conforme a SSA.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
