Your responsibilities

License Management:

  • Follow the License Management process in place and be SPOC for end-to-end License management in the organization
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, German Team and external vendors to ensure appropriate license procurement, usage, renewals and discontinuation.
  • Compute software license costs chargeable to customers and absorption as overheads
  • Prepare reconciliations of licenses in use v/s charged
  • Application & Software lifecycle license management
  • Help identify opportunities to reduce licensing costs and streamline subscriptions.
  • Controlling:

  • Resource capacity & Accounts receivable
  • Any other Controlling assignments
  • Your profile

    Profile:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Controlling specifically License Management
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data.
  • Good Communication skills, resilient & critical thinker
  • Qualifications:

    Commerce graduate/ CMA-Inter with experience in IT Industry
