Your responsibilities

Objetivo del puesto:

Garantizar la operación eficiente, segura y conforme a normas del laboratorio de metrología y del sistema de gestión de Gages, asegurando la disponibilidad de equipos, la competencia del personal, el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales (ISO 17025, IATF 16949), y la atención oportuna a las necesidades de producción, calidad y desarrollo.

Actividades claves de la posición:

  • Supervisar al personal del laboratorio y garantizar su seguridad y competencia técnica.

  • Asegurar la correcta y oportuna ejecución de pruebas programadas.

  • Verificar que exista el equipo adecuado para todas las pruebas requeridas.

  • Coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del equipo de laboratorio.

  • Supervisar el análisis de pruebas en prototipos, ensambles y producción en serie.

  • Coordinar y asegurar la realización de estudios MSA.

  • Gestionar en SAP los dispositivos, accesorios y sistemas relacionados (incluido LISP).

  • Anticipar y resolver problemas operativos apoyando al personal.

  • Coordinar consultas técnicas con expertos internos y externos.

  • Implementar y mantener el cumplimiento de ISO 17025 y requisitos de clientes.

  • Coordinar auditorías internas/externas y atender desviaciones.

  • Mantener actualizada la documentación del sistema de calidad del laboratorio.

  • Garantizar el registro, análisis y documentación correcta de datos técnicos.

  • Crear, analizar y presentar KPIs del laboratorio.

  • Gestionar archivos técnicos y bases de datos del laboratorio.

  • Definir y actualizar el alcance del laboratorio y sus directrices.

  • Gestionar dispositivos de medición offline y equipos de medición en planta.

  • Crear y mantener datos maestros de Gages en SAP ERP.

  • Elaborar una visión general de los Gages existentes y necesarios en la planta.

  • Planear, asegurar reposición, recualificar y apoyar en la gestión técnica y operativa de Gages, incluyendo capacitación al personal y comunicación con proveedores.

    Perfil requerido / Competencias profesionales

  • Estudios: Ingeniera o Licenciatura en Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o a fin
  • Experiencia: 3 años en manejo de Medios de Prueba.
  • Idiomas/nivel requerido : Inglés (conversación de Negocios)
