Your responsibilities

  • Evaluation, analysis and optimization of our business processes in field of Procurement & Supply Management for the implementation in our new ERP MS Dynamics environment.
  • Responsible for the entire software introduction process from conception, implementation up to stepwise global roll-out in other entities.
  • Lead the entire roll-out process from planning and design perspective up to execution and post-implementation support for all global entities.
  • Creating, updating training materials and documentation as well as organizing trainings for MS Dynamics from Procurement point of view in all global entities.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and find solutions on a global basis.
  • Assisting in identifying optimization opportunities and process improvements in Procurement.
  • Develop custom solutions and scripts to facilitate the integration of third-party software.
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop detailed rollout plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of the new ERP system to meet the organization's specific needs.

Your profile

  • Graduate in any branch of Engineering.
  • Experience (8-10 yrs.) in Procurement & Supply Management and ERP environment.
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems or similar IT projects, ideally MS Dynamics.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle ERP rollout projects, preferably in an international environment.
  • Remarkable process oriented and analytical way of thinking.
  • Ideally programming skills.
  • High level of communication and training skills and teamwork mindset.
  • Proven experience and willingness to work in an international environment and with global teams.
  • Willingness for international travelling as well as fluent business English skills complete your profile.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
