Your responsibilities

  • Als Senior Penetration Tester (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Untersuchung von Sicherheitsschwachstellen bei thyssenkrupp
  • Sie interagieren mit internen Kunden, um deren Anforderungen an die Tests zu ermitteln
  • Darüber hinaus setzen Sie geeignete Methoden, Skripte und Tests ein, um die Effizienz und Wirksamkeit der Penetration Testing Tools kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Auch die Unterstützung des Vulnerability Management und anderer sicherheitsrelevanter Projekte zählt zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Sie erstellen Berichte und Lösungsempfehlungen, um erfolgreiche Angriffe zu verhindern

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Penetration Testing von Webanwendungen/ Infrastrukturen
  • Außerdem bringen Sie Erfahrung in Red Teaming und Quellcode-Analyse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse des OWASP Testing Guide (z.B. XSS, CSRF, Session Hijacking) mit
  • Sie haben bereits mit den einschlägigen Sicherheitstools wie Wireshark, Bettercap, Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit gearbeitet und verfügen über Skripting-Kenntnisse (z. B. Python, Bash, Ruby)
  • Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit zu kritischem Denken, um große Datenmengen zu identifizieren, zu sammeln, zusammenzufassen und auszuwerten sowie logische und umsetzbare Schlussfolgerungen zu ziehen
  • Kenntnisse in der Sicherheitsbewertung und dem Testen von KI-basierten Anwendungen sowie praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-gestützten Tools sind von Vorteil
  • Weiterhin zeichnen Sie sich durch eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz aus
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
