Your responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Execute and control the creation of Sales Orders and Scheduling Agreements, price changes, credit and debit notes, creating master data for new customers, among others.
- Collect and analyze sales data, including prices. Support the sales department in managing customer information. Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) on issues related to pricing, volumes, or other matters arising from customer discussions. Assist in tracking overdue invoices. Follow up with KAMs on price approvals.
- Gather the necessary information for calculating surcharge updates for each quarter Track and control tooling billing. Communicate with other facilities regarding transfer pricing. Review outstanding amortizations and calculate retroactive payments (where applicable). Support in completing the Sales planning for the coming years (current + forecast).
Your profile
WE ARE SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL (GRADUATED) HOLDING BACHELORS DEGREE ON ENGINEERING OR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.
With at least 3 years of experience in Sales Administration for a large scale manufacturing company.
Experience managing SAP sales transactions for price changes, creating purchase orders, and updating customer master data.
Basic knowledge of transformation processes.
Procedures and documentation oriented.
Understanding customer purchase orders flow.
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good calculation skills for tracking costs and ging tooling invoicing.
Knowledge of supply chain (Incoterms, MOQ, etc.).
Importance of sales prices and their proper monitoring.
Calculating costs and sales prices (completing and calculating MSP spreadsheets).
