Aufgaben
- Responsible for applying the NPM governance on local level and efficieny programs based on NPM frameworks (e-catalogues / vending machines)
- Drive actions in case efficiency / correctness local targets (eg. maverick spend, automatic PO processing) not fulfilled
- Proactively enhance the cooperation between the local purchasing team and strategic sourcing team, optimize the supply base for Region / Location. Ensure the implementation of global and regional contract at plant level
- Ensure the NPM Commodity Strategy is aligned with the local stakeholder needs and ensure local legislations /regulations are considered in contracting
- Align local stakeholder and their local requirements (project specification) and ensure timing with suppliers according project timeline price and value analysis (TCO)
- Responsible for local supplier management and scouting, pro-active and independently monitoring and analysing of the sourcing markets and trends including new supplier technologies and capabilities, supervise the implementation
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the local supplier performance and drive actions in case of deviations (e.g. Timing, quality, cost, capacity)
- Applying Global frame contracts of GCM NPM on local level and clarify technical questions regarding execution
- Driving actions to fulfill local commodity targets broken down by NPM HQ
- Realising savings with local suppliers and ensure savings are aligned with the regional / local targets
- Responsible to achieve local project targets (budgets) aligned with local stakeholders and ensure approval process in case of deviation
- Responsible for the RFQ process for local projects including offer analysis, negotiations, recommendation for decision making (procurement council) and local board
- Negotiation of local e-catalogues or local e-catalogue supplier
- Responsible for reporting and data analysis, define and implement sustainable saving plan with strategic sourcing team and achieve saving target by project implementation
- Local contracting and contract management including adaption to local legislation / regulations
- Responsible for purchasing order management, SA maintanance, price negotiation and contract signing,
- Support team with issuing POs and data processing if needed
Profil
- University degree or similar educational degree with related professional work experience in purchasing
- At least 3 years of work experience on purchasing including contracting, negotiation and market knowledge
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Project management skills are an advantage
- High analytical skillset combined with strategic and conceptual mind-set
- Excellent communicator with excellent relationship management
- Intercultural adaptability with high capability of conflict management
