Aufgaben
- Coordinate and maintain financial reporting/ will provide the management with the appropriate financial and operating information
- Coordinates and confers with the Management to establish our annual business plan and monthly forecasts to achieve the targets set forth by our organization
- Oversees cost center budgeting as part of annual budget process
- Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
- Analyze of plan/forecast/actual deviations (e.g. volume, spending, sales, material cost variances, G&A, labor, NWC, Cash)
- Support decision-making at all levels of the organization by providing information, analysis, and financial direction in areas of policy and planning
- Manage Product Costing process; instruct and train others in process; supervise to ensure accurate completion; act as backup in absence of responsible persons
- Ensure that all controlling activities are in accordance with Federal, State and Local and ThyssenKrupp guidelines
- Support audit activities as required
- Responsible for planning, coordination and financial reporting for capital investments and capitalized development, and depreciation
Profil
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in Accounting/Controlling
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in controlling
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is required
