Your responsibilities

Als Projektleiter im Engineering gestalten und steuern Sie unsere technischen Projekte zielgerichtet und im Einklang mit der globalen Strategie:

  • Die Durchführung der Projektplanung inklusive der Definition der Ziele, Struktur, Kommunikationswege und Verantwortlichkeiten ist der Kern Ihrer Rolle.
  • In diesem Zuge übernehmen Sie auch die Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Projektabläufe in Einklang mit den Projektzielen (Kosten, Termine, Leistungen/Inhalte).
  • Sie repräsentieren Ihre Projekte, führen relevante Veranstaltungen durch (bspw. Kickoffs und Reviews) und koordinieren die Aufgabenverteilung im Projektteam.
    Darüber hinaus haben Sie den Projektfortschritt im Blick, dokumentieren diesen und berichten an wichtige Projektstakeholder.
  • Wo nötig eskalieren Sie kritische Themen und bereiten entsprechende Entscheidungsvorlagen vor.
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung über die Projektergebnisse und das Einhalten des Projektbudgets (Projektkosten, Investment, Werkzeugkosten und Lifetime-Umsatz).

  • Ihr Masterabschluss in einem Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften bildet die Basis für Ihre Expertise.
  • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement mit internationalen Kunden und sind vertraut mit gängigen Methoden des Projektmanagements.
  • Eine starke und zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowie ein starkes Verhandlungsgeschick prägen Ihren Kontakt und Ihre Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektstakeholdern.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit.
  • Sie fokussieren sich auf die Lösung und verfügen auch über methodische Kenntnisse mit Blick auf das Feld der Problemlösung.
  • Für Sie ist es selbstverständlich, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Sie sind neugierig, wenn es darum geht, neue Ansätze kennenzulernen.

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer
