Your responsibilities

Als System Lead Engineer übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung innovativer Systeme, u.a. für Windkraftanlagen von internationalen Kunden und sind dabei verantwortlich für die Systemintegration:

  • Sie kommunizieren weltweit: Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen und Abnahmekriterien mit führenden OEMs.
  • Sie definieren und gestalten mit den Schnittstellen unserer.
  • Organisationseinheiten von der Spezifikation bis zur Auslegung.
  • Sie koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams und treiben den technischen Fortschritt voran.
  • Sie führen Design Reviews und sorgen für höchste Qualität durch frühzeitige Identifikation von Abweichungen.
  • Sie unterstützen den Einkauf bei der technischen Lieferantenentwicklung.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Gesamtprojektleiter zusammen, um Risiken zu erkennen und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Entdecken neuer Chancen: Sie identifizieren zusätzliche Leistungsumfänge und initiieren Änderungsangebote.

Your profile

Ihre fachliche Stärke und Leidenschaft für das Ingenieurwesen zeigen sich in Ihrem beruflichen Profil:

  • Ihr Masterabschluss in einem Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften bildet die Basis für Ihre technische Expertise.
  • Sie sind seit mehr als 5 Jahren in einem relevanten beruflichen Umfeld tätig und haben mindestens 2-3 größere Projekte im internationalen Kontext erfolgreich umgesetzt.
  • Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in Konstruktion, Spezifikation und Schnittstellenauslegung mit.
  • Eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowie eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise prägen Ihren Kontakt mit dem internationalen Team und OEMs.
  • Ihr Handeln zeichnet sich durch hohe Eigeninitiative und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Design Reviews und im Umgang mit technischen Abweichungen gesammelt.
  • Sie weisen fundierte Kenntnisse in den Standard Office-Anwendungen und Projektplanungstools (Jira, MS Project, o.Ä.) auf.
