Your responsibilities

  • Participa activamente en toda la capacitación programada por la empresa.
  • Cumple con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y de BA – AT y promueve activamente la Mejora Continua y sus actividades y servicios a otros, en coordinación con el BU H-OPX.
  • Coordinar con los departamentos y funciones relacionadas para asegurar un flujo de información adecuado y comprensión de la dirección general de la mejora de procesos. Coordina las actividades de mejora continua (CI) y las medidas subyacentes.
  • Participa activamente en eventos Kaizen, mejora procesos y elimina desperdicios en áreas con procesos clave. Medidas de ahorro de costos y mejoras de desempeño. Colabora estrechamente con controlling en la gestión de proyectos con impacto financiero.
  • Presenta, facilita y lidera proyectos de mejora de procesos asignados usando métodos de construcción de equipos apropiados para la cultura, activación del equipo, recopilación y análisis de datos, resolución de problemas, gestión de proyectos y metodología VSM-KAIZEN.
  • Participa como coach para apoyar a los yellow belts de planta.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos de: IATF 16949, ISO 14001 y ISO 45001.
  • Cumplir con la política ambiental y los objetivos. Conocer los aspectos e impactos ambientales, de salud y seguridad, así como el plan de emergencia.

Your profile

  • 2 o más años de experiencia en mejora de procesos
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería o licenciatura
  • 2 años o más de experiencia en mejora de procesos/función
  • Experiencia en el sistema S2QDC (preferible)
  • Conocimiento y experiencia considerable en un entorno de manufactura y/o técnico
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos
  • Habilidades comprobadas de facilitación que generan participación y aprendizaje en los participantes
  • Experiencia liderando eventos Kaizen e implementando cambios para mejorar productos o reducir costos usando herramientas Lean, conocimiento de procesos, herramientas y equipos de producción, métodos de ensamblaje, estándares de control de calidad.
  • Conocimiento en mejora continua y metodologías Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC, PDCA, Lean)
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application
