Your responsibilities

  • Cumplir con la política y los objetivos medioambientales. Conocer los aspectos e impactos medioambientales, así como el plan de emergencia.
  • Participar en todas las formaciones programadas por la empresa.
  • Crear y enviar órdenes de entrega/acuerdos de programación en SAP a los proveedores para todos los componentes, de acuerdo con el plan de producción.
  • Verificar las confirmaciones de pedidos/órdenes de entrega, aclarar la situación de las entregas y enviar recordatorios de las mismas si es necesario.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del envío de dichos componentes desde el almacén del proveedor hasta su llegada a nuestra planta.
  • Proporcionar las facturas vigentes correspondientes al material en tránsito al coordinador de transporte y al almacén para garantizar su recepción a través del sistema SAP.
  • Adaptar la situación de aprovisionamiento a las nuevas condiciones de producción.
  • Gestionar los cuellos de botella de los proveedores críticos, así como de las operaciones externalizadas (subcontratistas).
  • Asegurarse de que las órdenes de entrega de SAP incluyan todo el material en tránsito, se mantengan actualizadas y se envíen como mínimo cada dos semanas.
  • Realizar análisis semanales de la demanda en función del consumo para garantizar la disponibilidad y evitar el exceso de existencias.
  • Configurar los datos maestros de todas las materias primas para garantizar la integridad de los datos.
  • Controlar y conciliar con todos los proveedores nuestros envases retornables.
  • Garantizar la comunicación interna en SAP con PRM y MPP para aplicar eficazmente los cambios de ingeniería.
  • Planificar y programar junto con PRM para evitar el exceso de existencias y los productos obsoletos.
  • Registrar y coordinar las reclamaciones logísticas. Elaboración de informes de inspección para los proveedores de servicios logísticos y los proveedores.
  • Supervisar activamente el inventario diario basándote en el análisis ABC/XYZ y la situación de la demanda, y escalar el problema a los planificadores y/o proveedores.

Your profile

  • Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o titulación equivalente.
  • 3 años de experiencia laboral en el sector de la automoción en un puesto similar.
  • Planificación de materiales.
  • Gestión de proveedores.
  • Conocimientos sobre rutas y horarios de recogida.
  • Power BI.
  • Módulo MM de SAP.
  • Módulos PP y WM de SAP.
  • EDI.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
