Online Metals is the leader in B2B and B2C direct to consumer metals sales in the United States – and sells both 1p and 3p items on its site. 3p items are sold through the Online Metals marketplace.

- Drive Seller Acquisition & Growth – Identify, recruit, and onboard new sellers, helping them succeed in our Marketplace.
- Build Strong Relationships – Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, and customer service) to ensure business success.
- Enhance the Seller Experience – Provide insights, recommendations, and ongoing support to optimize seller performance.
- Industry Engagement – Represent Online Metals at industry events, building our brand and marketplace presence.
✅ 4+ years in business development, sales, or marketplace management.
✅ Strong sales skills – Experience in prospecting, closing deals, and growing seller networks.
✅ Customer-first mindset – You understand what it takes to create an exceptional seller and buyer experience.
✅ Leadership experience – You’ve led teams or worked cross-functionally to drive business objectives.
✅ Go-Getter Attitude – You’re highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take initiative.
✅ Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
✅ Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Job Compensation
$106K - $110K + Annual Bonus Incentive
