Aufgaben
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue in international markets through multi-channel efforts
- Lead region-specific marketing campaigns to enhance brand engagement and generate leads, positioning the company as a leader in metals trading
- Design customer acquisition and retention strategies, utilising CRM tools to optimise customer journeys and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to align go-to-market strategies with customer acquisition and retention goals
- Integrate customer feedback from marketing initiatives to influence product development and drive product adoption through targeted campaigns
- Oversee paid media and performance marketing efforts, continuously optimising for ROI and campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Plan and execute international webinars, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and support customer acquisition
Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- B2B marketing experience, with a focus on international markets, and a proven track record of launching revenue-driven strategies
- Proven success in launching revenue-driven marketing strategies for market entry and customer acquisition
- Experience collaborating with Product teams to align marketing and product strategies
- Creative mindset & strategic vision, with the ability to execute hands-on
- Excellent collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Revenue
- Proficient in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Fluent German and English language skills
